Demerara Stables Half Moon Bay

Demerara Stables v2 will be a brand new 40 stall training and rehabilitation facility in Half Moon Bay, at the corner of highways 1 and 92. Each horse will have a 12x16 box stall with attached 12x40 paddock, and all-day small group or private turnout on grass. We will have an outdoor arena, covered arena with lounge, covered round pen and Eurociser, and all weather trails around our 264 acres overlooking the ocean. We will also have a full rehabilitation center, including an aqua treadmill, dry treadmill, salt water spa, Vitafloor, and laser.

While the facility is being built, we have limited pasture board availability for horses in training, with a guaranteed stall when the facility is finished. Horses are separated into small groups of 4-6 in each pasture and each pasture has a dry, level, 3-sided shelter. We have an on-site caretaker and offer full care which includes grain fed twice daily, hay fed three times daily, night check, light grooming, blanketing in the winter, and fly masks/spray in the summer. Come join us on our 150x180 all weather GGT arena overlooking the ocean! This location is perfect for young horses or horses in rehab and needing a lighter work schedule.
